If the sleeves are not right for you, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price, even if you have worn them.

Free size exchange

If the size is not right, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We send the new size at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email the address in the footer with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with a return address and instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship anything back before you receive that confirmation.

Refunds

Once the returned item arrives and is inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not the item ordered. In those cases we cover the return and replace or refund in full.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photograph of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it without requiring a return.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at no cost while it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the return process above applies.

Exceptions

Refund requests sent more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
